01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 2meter, an online slots and casino platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs all aspects of your use of the 2meter platform, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, bonus usage, and all interactions with our services.

2meter reserves the right to request proof of age or identity from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 2meter. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed without compensation, with all remaining balances forfeited.

When registering at 2meter, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your valid national ID or passport
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid and actively accessed email address
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your 2meter account information is kept up to date at all times. Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information are entirely your own responsibility.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

The 2meter platform accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction, credited instantly to your 2meter account.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction, processed within 1 to 3 working hours.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the member's own name. The use of another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• 2meter does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• The welcome bonus is available to new 2meter members making their first deposit only.
• All bonuses are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements – typically between 15x and 30x the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Any unused bonus will automatically expire 30 days from the date it was credited.

06 Game Rules

This ensures the fairness and randomness of every spin or game outcome.

• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with 2meter's technical systems in any way.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or the 2meter bonus system.
• Conducting misleading financial transactions or fabricating payment transactions for fraudulent purposes.
• Spreading false information about 2meter or maliciously damaging the reputation of the platform.
• Using the 2meter platform for purposes other than personal entertainment — including unlawful commercial operations or unauthorised data collection.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

2meter reserves the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these 2meter Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., underage or not a Malaysian resident).
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or system manipulation.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves, for any reason.
• Compliance with instructions or orders from relevant Malaysian authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2meter reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including real money and bonus credits, without any compensation. Where account closure is initiated at the member's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any eligible real money balance will be returned upon satisfactory identity verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
